CONFIRMATION AND DEPOSIT PROCEDURES: A TSW representative will contact you with confirmation of your secured spot within two business days of your submission of this form. All confirmed participants have 7 days to make the required deposit by check, money order, or credit card payment.
If you have requested supplemental air from your home city to the US departure city of the trip, you may ask for a fare quote for the supplemental air from your city, based on availability of air from that city, or you may ask for the flight time of the group’s air from the trip’s US departure city and its return to the departure city, if you wish to make your own flight arrangements from your home city to the trip’s US departure city.
Supplemental air requests to the trip’s US departure city on Delta flights will be confirmed within 2 business days of receiving your trip deposit and all passengers will have the option to accept the supplemental air rate and flight schedule or decline and choose to provide their own air from their home city to the trip’s US departure city and back from that city to their home. Payment for supplemental US domestic air requests on all Delta flights is not due until the final payment due date listed on that trip’s itinerary. (which is approx. 75 days prior to that trip. )
Supplemental air requests for trips using all other airlines will be granted by the airline if available and the flight schedule for the domestic flights from their home city to the US departure city and back from the US departure city to their home city will be provided by the airline 45 days prior to travel. Payment for such supplemental US domestic air requests will also not be due until the final payment due date listed on the trip itinerary (approx. 75 days prior to travel). All supplemental US domestic air other than on Delta are subject to change by the airline until 45 days prior to travel.

Credit card payments can be phoned in at 770-521-4827 or 800-717-3231. You may also make a credit card deposit by fax at 770-992-9086 or by e-mail at groupgetaways@mindspring.com We also accept PayPal payments upon submitting this form.
If you wish faster confirmation of your space and to avoid being shut out as trips sell out, you may choose to make your deposit using our secure Pay Pal processing system.
Balance payment procedures:
The balance payment on all trips is due approx. 75 days before the trip date. The exact due date is listed on the trip itinerary page for each trip. Approx. 7-10 days before the due date, all passengers on that trip will receive an email invoice for the balance payment due. This will list again the due date of the balance payment. It will also list the mailing address of Travel Services Worldwide for passengers making their balance payment by check and it will list the phone number to call for passengers wishing to make their balance payment by credit card. Please note that the prices listed for all trips are the Check/Money order discounted price. Balance payments made by any means other than check or money order will be charged a 3% administrative fee on the balance due amount. (this fee only applies to balance payments. There is no fee charged on any deposit payments, regardless of the form of payment used.).
Cancellation policies vary per trip. In most cases, a deposit cancellation date of approx. 90 days prior to the trip is set and any cancellation requests made in writing via email by that date will receive a full deposit refund, while cancelations made after that date will receive no refund. Final payments are due approx. 75 days prior to each trip and are non refundable upon the due date. Please see the specific cancel and final payment due dates on the trip itinerary page for the trip you are booking.
In the unlikely event that a trip must be canceled due to lack of participation, all passengers that have signed up for that trip will be notified shortly before the final payment is due. All passengers will have the option of receiving a full refund of their trip deposit, or transferring their deposit to another trip. Any passenger choosing at that time to have their deposit transferred to another trip will receive an additional $50 credit toward that trip.
Hotels and itineraries are subject to change due to unforseen circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather etc.. In the unlikely event a hotel must be changed, a hotel of equal or greater merit will be substituted for the group's stay. In the unlikely event that unforseen circmstances such as adverse weather force the cancelation of any element of a tour, TSW SINGLES VACATIONS, allsinglestravel.com and Travel Services Worldwide can not be held responsible for any additional expenses incurred by passengers as a result.
